Professional Biography: MARC
A. BIEDERMAN MARC A. BIEDERMAN has over thirty years experience
of practice with extensive expertise in international finance and
investments, civil litigation, asset protection practice, the establishment
of trusts, criminal defense, tort litigation as well as workman's
compensation. He represents lenders, developers, investors, property
owners, acquisitions and sales, including financing and workouts,
joint ventures, leases and contracting and environmental matters.
He has personally settled and or litigated in excess of fifteen
thousand cases with a greater than ninety eight percent success
rates in representing hit clients.
Prior to the formation of the firm, Mr. Biederman was a sole practioner
who maintained and operated five offices that handled a multitude of
both civil and criminal matters. He has extensive experience in setting
up asset protection plans including family limited partnerships, offshore
trusts and inter vivos trusts for doctors, lawyers and successful business
enterprises. Mr. Biederman was formerly a partner in the prestigious
law firm of Segal & Bitcower which successfully maintained practice of
over three thousand personal injury cases and in excess of one three
thousand personal injury cases and in excess of one thousand heavily
litigated criminal cases where Mr. Biederman acted as lead trial counsel.
Mr. Biederman offers our clients a broad base of litigation and hands
on trial experience. Mr. Biederman is an active member of the State Bar
of California, the Los Angeles Country Bar Association, the Los Angeles
Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Biederman
has broad courtroom experience in all areas of commercial litigation,
including handling jury trials at the state and federal level and has
extensive experience at appeal and writ experience at both the Court
of Appeals and to the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Biederman Graduated with Bachelor of Administration with Hornors
in business, sociology, and psychology at Wayne University, Detroit,
Michigan and received his Juris Doctorate at La Verne University School
of Law.
